I talked to the local paddle shop and liveries in Chilli., and they all said the Paint Creek is a go. So let's do the section we didn't do last month. We will put in at the Blain Highway bridge and take out in Chillicothe at the Paint St./ 772 bridge.

This is a 12 mile section that should take 4 to 5 hours depending on how fast the flow of water. We will be going through the Buzzards Roost Nature Preserve.

Please bring a dry bag with a full change of clothes (including shoes) , PFD, gloves, lunch and something to drink.

My cell is[masked]-9022. Please cancel your RSVP or call to let me know that you can not make it.

A beautiful sunny Indian summer day. I had a great time with everyone, and the row after row of small rapids was a treat. Brian calculated by GPS that we went 13 miles!

I will still be there but my friend had an emergency situation so we will NOT need the second kayak. Thanks so much anyway. Just to make sure for who ever was to bring it, THE SECOND LOANED KAYAK IS NOT NEEDED TODAY.

Kokosing @[masked]; Mad-Urbana & Dayton @[masked],[masked]; BigWalnut @[masked]; AlumCreek @[masked] are run-able. Buck Creek (Synder) @ 3.43 is good, but guaranteed to get you wet. Rocky Fork, Paint Creek, Little Miami, Licking, Hocking, Clear Creek, Olentangy, and Big Darby all too low. That's what I check... Did I miss any you normally check?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
