“ A great group of folks learning and implementing skillful means to be mindful in their daily lives. This group has several appealing aspects. Warm and open to anyone interested in attending the weekly sessions. A forum of peers, all are equal and Buddhas-to-be. Provides a forum for meditation as well as sharing and learning from each others' personal experience along the path of mindfulness. No pre requisites to participate. ”

“ a wonderful sangha in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh in which to deepen mindfulness practice. good leadership, as well. ”

“ Not all of the regulars bother RSVP'ing on meetup. They just show up to the meditation. The actual number of people who attend is higher than what you see on meetup. Its a very nice crowd, a good "Sangha" and the meditation has been very helpful to me ”

“ The group is a good source for mindfulness practice. The usual program consists of about 50 min of sitting and walking meditation, followed by insence offering and chanting. After a break, there is frequently discussion which ultimately is ultimately centered on the challenges of the practice in daily life. The sharing is an important part of the practice. ”
