We Be Goblins! (Tier 1): GM - Jim Morrison

****First session full. Second session 1 seat available!****

A most unusual adventure for 1st-level goblin characters.

The Licktoad goblins of Brinestump Marsh have stumbled upon a great treasure—fireworks! Yet unfortunately for them, the tribe member responsible for the discovery has already been exiled for the abhorrent crime of writing (which every goblin knows steals words from your head). To remedy this situation, the Licktoads’ leader, His Mighty Girthness Chief Rendwattle Gutwad, has declared that the greatest heroes of the tribe must venture forth to retrieve the rest of the fireworks from a derelict ship stranded in the marsh. In order to prove themselves as the Licktoads’ bravest goblins, the PCs must complete a series of dangerous dares, from swallowing bull slugs and braving the dreaded Earbiter to dancing with Squealy Nord himself. Yet even once they’ve proven their mettle, the adventure is just beginning. For the ship in question is far from uninhabited, and Vorka the cannibal goblin would like nothing better than a few tasty visitors....

We Be Goblins! is an adventure for 1st-level characters in which the PCs play a horde of malicious and murderous goblins, written for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and compatible with the 3.5 edition of the world's oldest RPG. The adventure takes place outside the town of Sandpoint in the Pathfinder campaign setting, but can easily be adapted for any campaign world. It also serves as a preview of Pathfinder Player Companion: Goblins of Golarion, and as an optional prequel to Pathfinder Adventure Path's upcoming Jade Regent Adventure Path.

We Be Goblins Too! (Tier 3-4): GM - Kjersten Gibson

****First session full. Second session 4 seats available!****

The Licktoads, once the great and fierce goblin tribe in Brinestump Marsh, were defeated by human adventurers! All that remains of the tribe are its four goblin "heroes"—Reta Bigbad the fighter, Chuffy Lickwound the rogue, Poog the cleric of Zarongel, and Mogmurch the alchemist. Homeless and bored, they left their swampy homeland to join the neighboring goblin tribe, the Birdcrunchers.

The good news is that the Birdcrunchers are willing to let the goblin heroes join their tribe.

The better news is that the Birdcrunchers have heard of these four, and want one of them to become their new chieftain.

The bad news is that before the goblins can join, they'll need to endure a series of dangerous and humiliating tests. Very dangerous. Very humiliating.

The worse news is that lately Birdcruncher chieftains have had really short lifespans—they're being killed by the pet fire-breathing boar of a local ogre who wants the Birdcruncher land as his own.

Can the four heroes of the now-dead Licktoad tribe save the Birdcrunchers and, in so doing, become their new leaders?

"We Be Goblins Too!" is an adventure for four 3rd-level goblin characters, written for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and compatible with the 3.5 edition of the world's oldest roleplaying game. The adventure takes place near the coastal town of Sandpoint in the Pathfinder campaign setting, and serves as a sequel to "We Be Goblins," Paizo's popular 2011 Free RPG Day adventure!

Pathfinder Society Scenario #4–19: The Night March of Kalkamedes: GM - Ben Botanel

****2 seats available!****

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1–5. (subtier 1-2 or 4-5)

A veteran Pathfinder exploring the Fenwall Mountains of Varisia has begun sleepwalking, traveling through the dead of night in the same direction each time. The following mornings, however, he awakens injured and lost in the wilderness, never reaching the mysterious destination that drew him from his bed in the night. Something is calling Kalkamedes, something powerful, but unless he can make it safely to the source of his somnambulism, that power will remain a mystery. It falls to a team of Pathfinders to escort the sleepwalker to his destination and uncover the true nature of the strange phenomenon overtaking Kalkamedes's dreams.

About this Game Day:

This is an announcement for a locally scheduled game day on Saturdays at the Your Mom's Basement in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Games last five hours (scheduled to end at 11:30), but the venue is open until 1 am for gaming, food, and congregation. GMs arrive an hour early for set-up and questions. While registration for events is not required, it is encouraged as registered attendees will be guaranteed a seat for play (information regarding registration can be found below).

We cater to new players and experienced Pathfinders alike, both young and old. All of our members are fantastic and display a true love for the game. We offer a friendly environment to meet new players and to experience the fun of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game with other fans. As a family friendly group we encourage families to join the fun as well. It should be noted that although Pathfinder Society adventures are written with a PG-13 rating in mind, we place no age restriction on play (children under the age of 15 are expected to have parent or guardian supervision during the games).

I look forward to seeing you there!

This Game Day at Your Mom's Basement is hosted by Ryan Blomquist (Venture-Captain).

My kids and I would prefer to March of Kalkamedes. If that table is full, our next choice would be We Be Goblins Too, our third choice would be We Be Goblins.

    July 5, 2013

    • Kjersten G.

I have you and your two kids on Night March of Kalkamedes table. Thanks. :)

      July 5, 2013

  • Kjersten G.

    Added Night March of Kalkamedes.

    July 4, 2013

  • Kjersten G.

Ok, let me know what scenario you would like to play - We Be Goblins or We Be Goblins Too, or if you would like to play both scenarios in one night (sessions may or may not be in order).
Or if you would be interested in doing a different scenario that is not We Be Goblin-esque. We are working on lining up the third scenario and GM. To be announced. We will change the RSVP number at that point if you're on the waiting list.
Please let me know what table you would like so we can try to accommodate everyone that wants to join. :)

    July 2, 2013

    • Erik W.

Sarah and I are playing We Be Goblins Too at Tower games earlier in the day. So we would like to play We be Goblins.

      July 3, 2013

    • Eric

      July 3, 2013

  • Tom

RL came up and I have to back out.

    July 3, 2013

  • Kjersten G.

Whew! I suppose we'd better RSVP. We're still figuring out details, but we'll keep you all up to date. Jim has volunteered to GM "We Be Goblins!" so far, but let us know if you want to GM something! I know it's Con weekend so a lot of people might be out for that. We might run Night March of Kalkamedes if people are interested? Just post a comment. :)

    • Jack B.

I cannot be there, but I can vouch for Night March of Kalkamedes being one of the most interesting scenarios I have ever played!

      July 2, 2013

Burn baby burn!! cant wait. just to make sure, both of these are done with pregen goblin characters yes?

    June 29, 2013

    • Kjersten G.

Burn baby burn? Is there a new goblin disco dance craze I was not aware of? On that note, I believe YMB could be far more exciting with a disco ball. :) If all the players at a table stop mid-game and perform a full disco routine, could we all get a free re-roll? Totally worth it. New PFS boon suggestion - disco ball. Fascinates creatures within 30 ft and overwhelms with the compulsion to dance for 1d3 rounds. Now, as for the actual question, my understanding is the goblins are all pregens. I think. Someone far smarter and wiser will need to respond. Obviously. Since I'm kinda hoping for a pregen goblin with a disco ball companion...
