Game Night at FFG (Thursday, Oct 3rd)

Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-17: Shades of Ice—Part II: Exiles of Winter

Tier 1-2 (Sven GM)

Greep, Allen (+1), Jason, Dylan, Troy

Tier 4-5 (Looks like no second table of this)

??

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for 1st to 5th level characters (Tiers: 1-2 and 4-5).

Following the trail of the insidious Shadow Lodge from Trollheim to the icebound city of Whitethrone in the witch-ruled nation of Irrisen, the PCs must locate the hidden lodge of their contact’s kidnapper. Can they get past the city’s defenses, infiltrate the Shadow Lodge headquarters and rescue the Pathfinder Society’s valuable ally, or will they—like so many before them—find their bones ground to make Baba Yaga’s bread?

Written by Joshua J. Frost.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #3–24: The Golden Serpent

(Sarah GM) (tier 5-6??)

Evan, Jolene, Ryan, Kitty, Ray, David B

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 5–9

The Pathfinder Society sends a team of agents to meet an important contact in an unassuming restaurant in Absalom’s Ivy District, but not everything is as it seems. What the Pathfinders find there will lead them into a lion’s den of danger and intrigue in the City at the Center of the World.

About this Game Day:

This is an announcement for a locally scheduled game day on the first and third Thursday of every month at the Fantasy Flight Games Event Center in Roseville, Minnesota. We try to schedule multiple low-tier tables and at least one high tier table for each session and manage three regular tables, with a fourth becoming a regular occurrence. Games start about 6:30 and last five hours (scheduled to end at 11:30) and the GMs arrive around 6 PM for set-up and questions. While registration for events is not required, it is encouraged as registered attendees will be guaranteed a seat for play (information regarding registration can be found below).

We cater to new players and experienced Pathfinders alike, both young and old. All of our members are fantastic and display a true love for the game. We offer a friendly environment to meet new players and to experience the fun of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game with other fans. As a family friendly group we encourage families to join the fun as well. It should be noted that although Pathfinder Society adventures are written with a PG-13 rating in mind, we place no age restriction on play (children under the age of 15 are expected to have parent or guardian supervision during the games).

I look forward to seeing you there!

This Game Day at Fantasy Flight Games is hosted by Dave Cook (Event Organizer for FFG).

As life would have it, our ladies' group had to be postponed for another Sunday so I am free and able to run The Stolen Heir on Sunday at The Source for you if you would like to join The Waking Rune table.

Thanks for GMing Sarah! Even if we had to run away shamefully from the <redacted> because of the <redacted>....

    1 · October 4, 2013

    • Sarah W.

You are welcome. I feel really bad about that last fight, the <redacted> is a tough one. Still, any fight you can walk (or run, or be dragged) away from is a good one right? :P

Faraday did enjoy all the new beautiful dresses. She hopes the Society let her keep them....she's still looking for that porter to carry around that trunk of dresses for her for every outing. And well, we got what we needed, so we'll let the Society take care of the <redacted>. Not our problem anymore! ;-)

You have me slotted for Golden Serpent which I've already played. I signed up for Shades of Ice. I could bring in a Barbarian 3 or a new level 1. If there is no space let me know and I'll un-RSVP.

Sorry guys but my days off at work just changed and I will not be able to GM Shades of Ice...I have let Dave know and he will attempt to make other arrangements.
One of the joys of my job is that days off are seniority based and we get bumped and have to bump others occasionally. As Norm on Cheers said.."It's a Dog eat Dog World and I'm Wearing Milkbone Underwear"

    October 2, 2013

    • Kjersten G.

I recommend a new brand of underwear.

      October 2, 2013

    • Kjersten G.

But, sorry we won't see you. :-( Next time though! :-)

      October 2, 2013

  • Ryan C. B.

I'll still be there, just freeing up a seat for another player.

    October 2, 2013

  • Dave C.

Sure could use a couple more for Shades of Ice, part 2... second table needs at least two more players.

    October 2, 2013

  • Dylan

I haven't played Shades of Ice: Part I yet, is that a problem?

    October 1, 2013

    • Sven

      Nope.

      October 1, 2013

  • Kjersten G.

Uh, who's running Game Day? Just let me know if there is anything you need Dave. This whole going a week without GMing has left me feeling....weird.
    :-)
