Thursday Night at Legion Games (Thursday, July 10th)

Table #1:

Pathfinder Society Scenario #5-15: Destiny in the Sands - Part 2: Race to Seeker's Folly

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1–5 (tier 1-2 or 4-5).

GM: Alan P

Tier 4-5

Table FULL

Table: Bryan G., Ralene, Steffi, Rae, AJ, Marc G

The Pathfinder Society has discovered the location of a powerful Osirian artifact secreted beneath the sands, but they are not the only ones who seek its power. The Pathfinders must endure the scalding Osirian desert, brave its inhabitants, and watch for hidden dangers if they are to survive. Can the PCs reach the ruins before their rivals claim the prize?

“Race to Seeker’s Folly” is the second scenario in the three-part Destiny of the Sands campaign arc. It follows Pathfinder Society Scenario #5–12: Destiny of the Sands—Part 1: "A Bitter Bargain" and is followed by Pathfinder Society Scenario #5–16: Destiny of the Sands—Part 3: "Sanctum of the Sages." All three chapters are intended to be played in order.

Content in “Race to Seeker’s Folly” also contributes directly to the ongoing storyline of the Osirion faction.

Written by Matt Duval, RPG Superstar 2013 finalist.

Table #2:

Pathfinder Society Scenario #6: Black Waters

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1–5 (tier 1-2 or 4-5).

GM: Jolene

Tier 1-2

Table FULL

Table: Hans, Dallas, Bob, Bryce, Tomas, Tomas+1

The Pathfinder Society seeks the ancient ruby ring of the salamander and it falls to a team of Pathfinders to find it. Last seen in the Tri-Towers Yard, a once elite academy for the youth of Absalom, the ruby ring is now lost in the Drownyard, all that remains of Tri-Towers after it was destroyed a decade ago in the great quake. The Pathfinders must risk the strange black ichors and salty brine to find their prize—will they risk their very souls as well?

Written by Tim and Eileen Connors

Table #3:

Pathfinder Society Scenario #5-02: The Wardstone Patrol

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for 3rd to 7th level characters (Tiers: 3-4 and 6-7).

GM: Josh

Tier TBD

3 Spots Available

Table: Todd, Evan, Mike R

All-out war has erupted on the long-contested border between the crusader nation of Mendev and the demon-infested Worldwound. With the magical defenses that once held the demons at bay failing, defense of the region now falls to small patrols of mobile soldiers to resupply, reinforce, and communicate between the border's many fortresses and outposts. With so much at stake, the Pathfinder Society has enlisted many of its agents to assist in the war effort, both to protect its own interests and to prevent the onrushing tide of demonic attackers from plunging the entire Inner Sea region into chaos. On one such wardstone patrol, however, the party may find itself facing an enemy of an entirely different nature.

Written by Alex Greenshields.

Table #4:

Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-04: Shadows Fall on Absalom

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for 7th to 11th level characters (Tiers: 7–8 and 10–11).

GM: Kitty

Tier TBD

1 Spot available

Table: Andy C, J Michael, Mark K, Shawn, Paul

One of the Pathfinder Society's most beloved venture-captains, Drandle Dreng, is nearly killed in a failed assassination attempt on the grounds of the Grand Lodge itself. Your mission to catch the assassin is complicated when you learn he is the son of an influential Pathfinder. Can you catch the assassin before his blade strikes again while avoiding the outrage of your peers?

About this Game Day:

This is an announcement for a locally scheduled game day on the second and fourth Thursday of every month at Legion Games in Burnsville, Minnesota. Games last five hours (scheduled to end at 11:00) and the GMs arrive early for set-up and questions. While registration for events is not required, it is encouraged as registered attendees will be guaranteed a seat for play (information regarding registration can be found below).

We cater to new players and experienced Pathfinders alike, both young and old. All of our members are fantastic and display a true love for the game. We offer a friendly environment to meet new players and to experience the fun of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game with other fans. As a family friendly group we encourage families to join the fun as well. It should be noted that although Pathfinder Society adventures are written with a PG-13 rating in mind, we place no age restriction on play (children under the age of 15 are expected to have parent or guardian supervision during the games).

I look forward to seeing you there!

This game day hosted by Kjersten Gibson (Event Organizer for Legion Games weeknights)

Paul looks like he has a level 10 or 11 he could play, so the only other one playing up would be Shawn.
