Game Day at FFG (Sun - Aug 12)

IMPORTANT UPDATES TO EVENT - Please read all of this section!

This week have a change of plans, games for levels 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9th level characters are available. We are NOT offering a 1-5 scenario, please sign up for the event at The Source should you wish to play at levels 1-5.

Chris Mortia has generously offered to run the module "From Shore to Sea" at FFG on Sunday. From Shore to Sea is playble by level 5, 6, and 7 characters and will earn your character 3XP and 4PP. In order to facilitate the extra play time required for a module, game play for that module starts at 11:00 AM PROMPTLY - it is critical you are not late.

Additionally, should enough players register for this event to facilitate two tables, I will be running #3-24: The Golden Serpent at a second table for level 5-9 characters.

From Shore to Sea

An aquatic dungeon adventure for 6th-level Pathfinder Roleplaying Game characters.

They Come from Beneath the Sea!

The deep waters of the Hellmouth Gulf have long concealed ancient mysteries, both wondrous and terrible. But these secrets have been submerged for too long, and the remote coastal village of Blackcove has accidentally awoken a slumbering horror from a bygone age. Strange creatures now venture from beneath the waves to steal townsfolk away in the dark of night.

Can the PCs discover the fate of Blackcove’s lost villagers? What secrets still lie hidden on the mysterious, ruined island just offshore, and what now lurks in the flooded temples beneath the isle? And what horrific fate lies in store for those unfortunate souls who fall prey to the island's eldritch influence?

From Shore to Sea is an adventure for 6th-level characters, written for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and compatible with the 3.5 edition of the world’s oldest RPG, and produced in collaboration with the patrons of Open Design. Inside you’ll find villagers slowly succumbing to the ancestral taint in their blood, tentacled abominations from the deep, debased fish-men, ancient Azlanti technology, and a secret stretching back millennia to the legendary empire of Azlant itself.

This adventure is set along the mysterious Hellmouth Gulf coast in the diabolical empire of Cheliax in the Pathfinder Chronicles campaign setting, but can be easily adapted for any game world.

#3–24: The Golden Serpent

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 5–9

The Pathfinder Society sends a team of agents to meet an important contact in an unassuming restaurant in Absalom’s Ivy District, but not everything is as it seems. What the Pathfinders find there will lead them into a lion’s den of danger and intrigue in the City at the Center of the World.

About this Game Day:

This is an announcement for a locally scheduled game day on the first and third Sunday of every month at the Fantasy Flight Games Event Center in Roseville, Minnesota. We try to schedule multiple low-tier tables and at least one high-tier table for each session and manage three regular tables, with a fourth becoming a regular occurrence. Games last five hours (scheduled to end at 5:00) and the GMs arrive an hour early for set-up and questions. While registration for events is not required, it is encouraged as registered attendees will be guaranteed a seat for play (information regarding registration can be found below).

We cater to new players and experienced Pathfinders alike, both young and old. All of our members are fantastic and display a true love for the game. We offer a friendly environment to meet new players and to experience the fun of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game with other fans. As a family friendly group we encourage families to join the fun as well. It should be noted that although Pathfinder Society adventures are written with a PG-13 rating in mind, we place no age restriction on play (children under the age of 15 are expected to have parent or guardian supervision during the games).

I look forward to seeing you there!

For a player lite day this worked out really well. The module was a nice mix of some social work and some traditional dungeon delving.

Okay seating is still in-flux for From Shore to Sea. I cannot guarantee that you'll play there in order to pull off two tables, however, I do still have room. I have two players (Kevin and Jeff) confirmed for The Golden Serpent due to character levels (level 8). Right now we're at two tables of four, so invite more people if you want a little cushion room!

As the scenarios have updated, please update your responses to fit the appropriate levels (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) and modules/scenarios (From Shore to Sea and Golden Serpent).

got it, thanks. It may be too early to know for sure, but do you think it will be 1-2 or 4-5?

My preference would be not to GM (already GM'd Throaty Mermaid, and haven't played Golden Serpent), but if you don't get your GM spots filled, let me know.
