We'll do our favorite cardio ride - the entire Pemberton Loop. Approximately 18 miles.
Please arrive early enough to gear up and be ready to ride by 8:30 AM.

Fun, fast flowing trails with some whoop-de-doos and twisty turns that will help build your technical skills and give you a great work out.
Difficulty: Not a beginner ride due to duration of ride.
Bring plenty of water, energy gels, and use sunscreen. HELMETS ARE MANDATORY.
There is a $6.00 park fee, but if you want to meet and carpool into the park, post a message on the "Talk About This Meetup" section of this ride.
