P&D Area - Eve of New Years Eve Ride

We are celebrating the eve of New Year's Eve with a 15-16 mile jaunt over our favorite trails in and around Cone, Slant and Cholla Mountains.   To usher out the year with a blast, we finish by descending Roller Coaster and Bailout and a celebratory sip of champagne (or water from a Camelbak, whichever is in more abundance) at the Hard Rock Café.   If you don't know where the Hard Rock Café is located in the preserve, you'll just have to come on the ride and find out!

This ride is not a difficult ride (not a beginner ride either), however there is always climbing on these trails but the payoff is there is alot of fun downhill! You will need good cardio and tires that have good tread.   If you are hesitating to sign up because of the sandy conditions, these trails are not all sandy, but where they are, it's a great place to improve your skills in the sand.  We will be happy to help you learn how to ride it better.

Plan to ride 2 hours +/- stops.  Please bring 100 oz of water, ample snacks and gels.     Helmets are mandatory.

Please be ready to roll at 12 noon!  We will be eating at a local eatery following the ride.

Hi Todd, going north on Pima you will hit Dynamite. Turn right at the light. Go to the first legal u-turn which is 93rd Street, come back down Dynamite and you will see us immediately, parked in the dirt on the right side of the road. We will be just 50 - 100 feet west of 93rd Street.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
