Come on down and get some casual play and trading in.
EDH/Commander is popular, Standard and Legacy are always available, and occasionally cubes makes their appearances.

I haven't been to one of these in a while. What's the percentage of games that are commander versus FFA versus whatever these days? I've got a little of everything, but another guy I know has only a few standard legal decks....

There's a few players who are big into Standard who are recent regulars. He'll find something. Were I there, I'd be packing a couple Standard decks as well.
Are there many that play regular low key free-for-all "vintage"?And I don't mean "I've got the power 9 vintage". I mean more of the "I enchant my 10 year old card with my 10 month old card" type of player. Like Commander, but without... uh... the commander rules. ;)
Rick: yes, but the problem is trying to determine what's "ok" in that environment. For some it's a 3 card combo that wins. Others it's burn you out by turn 4. Others it's a slow roll of a bunch of random cards. There are some casual games... but casual doesn't mean anything by itself.
I'm still in India guys, sorry. Other meetup leadership should be attending though.
We are a group of magic players of all levels who enjoy getting together for some casual magic games. We welcome any and all format decks. You can come to play, trade, or just hang out and chat -- you can usually find some to do any of those with.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
