Let's head to the Athletic Attack class. This is a good class for all levels. The intructor can help you with bike set-up if you are new to spinning. I usually sign up for classes in advance. The information for registration and cost can be found on the website. http://www.pelotoncycling.ca/ I usually plan to be there 15 minutes before class starts to get a spot and set up my bike. I would recommend bringing at least 1/2 liter of water as it gets warm in the studio and you will be working very hard.
I will be staying for the Endurance Cycling class at 7:45 so you are welcome to join for that as well.
