MarkLogic User Group London: Rob Walpole

Summer's nearly over, so it's time to get back to business: The next MUGL has been scheduled for September 11, 2013 at our favorite venue, the Theodore Bullfrog pub near Charing Cross station.

Our featured speaker will be Rob Walpole who will talk about what he has been doing at The National Archives to catalog and manage the massive amounts of data they need to cope with. Rob gave a very interesting talk on this topic at the recent XML London conference in June.

We still have an opening for a second speaker. If you would like to do a short presentation, give a demo, suggest a topic or make an announcement, please let me know.

As usual, try to arrive at about 6:30. We're in the private room upstairs with our own bar. There will be free food and drink thanks to our sponsors and we'll try to get underway by about 7:00. Afterward the bar remains open and we can stay until they kick us out of the place.

See you all there.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
