Meet fellow Apartment (Multifamily) owners, operators, and investors. If you're looking to invest in your first multi-family property you're welcome to join as well. The purpose of this meet up is two-fold a) collaborate with existing owners on key learnings and best practices so we can all manage our buildings more effectively and b) provide those looking to get started a good resource network to learn from. CCIM (and candidates), students of David Lindahl and Scott Scheel are welcome.
