The third saturday of the month we will be meeting at the Great Harvest Bread Company for our Saturday long run & breakfast. I have 4 courses mapped out, a 2.7, 6, 9, & 12 miles. Of course you are always free to modify the route for your own personal goal.
Meet others in your local area to Run with. Plan group runs and participate in various long and short distance running. Everyone is welcome no matter what pace or distance you run. The only thing that matters with us is striving to improve and sticking with it.
