We meet every Saturday for a long Run. We generally try to run for about an hour and a half, but it varies depending on who shows up and what we are training for. After the run, the Old Town Farmers Market is open and worth a visit for fresh produce or a after run breakfast Giro!
This is a great run for new runners to join in and make new friends that you can rely on to share your running goals and achievements, and share in the benefits and fun of group running. Please RSVP so we know your are coming and post any questions in the comments section so that all of the attendees have a chance to reply.

Meet others in your local area to Run with. Plan group runs and participate in various long and short distance running. Everyone is welcome no matter what pace or distance you run. The only thing that matters with us is striving to improve and sticking with it.
