Monday Evening Speed Work - Los Alamos Sports Park

Come and join the Running Center Redliners in their Monday evening run. The track is a 1.2 mile loop around the park. It is smooth, graded and compacted DG. The workout is (1) loop warm-up. (5) one mile repeats at tempo pace with approximately 3 minute rests between and (1) loop cool down. Or, whatever your mileage needs and goals are.
