How long have you been running or are you new to running?

I've been running since I was about the 4th grade

How often do you run?

When I'm in shape, 6/7 days/week...when I'm coming back from an injury (which seems like all the time, 3/4 days/week)

How far do you typically run?

When I'm in shape, I like to get up to over 60 miles/week

Do you know what pace you typically run at?

Easy runs anywhere from 7:00-8:00 pace, tempos vary if I'm in shape...generally anywhere between 5:30-6:00 pace depending on fitness

Are you training for a specific goal?

Eventually get under 1:10 in the 1/2 marathon and under 2:30 in the marathon
