I love running! Plus hiking and cycling and anything outdoors. I want to increase my running speed and meet other people with similar interests and goals.
I've been running for about 3 years.
3-4 days per week
4-8 miles, longer if training for marathon
Around 8:45 to 9:00 min per mile for a 8 mile run.
Not at the moment, but I would like to increase my speed.
