3-6 times per week. I try to get 2-3 quality training runs in each week.
4 to 20 miles. I try to run lots of trails in the winter and spring.
7 to 11 min. pace. Yes, I vary my pace A LOT between easy runs and quality runs.
I usually run 1-2 marathons a year. My goal is to train smart and stay injury free!
Hi, I'm Steve. I started running when I was 30. Over the last twenty some years I've run over 30 marathons and become a big fan of trail running. I like to compete, but the best thing about running is the camaraderie of group runs.
