I've been running since
4 to 5 times a week.
Normally I run 3 to 6 miles, but I like doing longer runs on weekends.
Depending on the distance, I run as fast as a 8 min pace for short distances or much slower for really long distances.
Right now I'm training for an ultra.
Hi, I've been running half marathons and marathons since 2000. I enjoy running all distances on both trails and roads.
