I've been running since 2010. However, I am just returning from a knee injury.

4-6 a week

How far do you typically run?

4-8 miles depending on what I am training for.

Do you know what pace you typically run at?

It varies depending on distance.

Are you training for a specific goal?

1/2 marathons and marathons. I'm am currently training for Ventura Marathon in hopes to BQ.
