I have been running Ultras for about 20 years.
I usually run 3-4x per week, except when training for a real long race (50/100 miler) then I will run up to 5x week.
My typical runs are 6-8 mile runs during the week, and weekend runs are normally 18 - 30 mile runs.
That can greatly depend on where or how far I am running, and I am not as fast as I was a couple years ago. (9-11 min. miles)
