Great group of people - don't be shy or worry about pace. Everyone is willing to make it work for all.

Great Meeting you as well. I look forward to more runs with you guys!
Thanks.... I have spent most of my running adventures in the OC even though I moved to El Cariso years ago. I have been running in the IE more these days - either at the Santa Rosa Preserve or on Dripping Springs. The Old Goat Trail Races are becoming more popular and I think there are a lot more IE Runners who would participate IF they knew about them, and knew Annie and me. We are running the Santa Rosa tomorrow. Probably the outside loop (13 miles).
Starting to feel like the old days now.... Now... consistency and carefully build your running mileage again will bring you in no time... Great seeing you!
Alright, enough with the silence you two. I'm starting to feel like we're drifting apart; I'm losing hair over it. Okay, so that's happening anyway, but still. How are the injuries? Be patient and come back healthy. Any chance you consider doing a team half Ironman? I'll swim and run if you cycle. Huh...tempting I know. ?
Hey John,
Unfortunately, I can't take your bib. Somehow I hurt my foot this week while I have been in Kentucky. I am limping around in pain. I hope there is someone else to take it. Thanks for contacting me.
Hello John, I am sorry you aren't recovered. I would be interested in going to big bear. Can they transfer it over or what can we do?
Great Picture!!!! John!
TWO WEEKS....Urgh..
... = /
John & Kate... I really wish for both of you the best speedy recovery possible.... John... I know the 33 miler is just around the corner but whatever you guys decide, I will def understand. " well... not really ;-) " Keep my fingers cross and that both of you will be hitting the road & trails soon... Take Care,
No boot Kate. I guess that's something that they intend to give me during physical therapy, which will be six weeks after the injury. What a proactive approach they've taken. They gave me an ace bandage two days after, in Urgen Care, but it was too painful to wear because it compressed everything. Tried a compression sleeve and it did the same. Swimming actually takes the pain away from the sciatic, but it returns after I'm done. I'm at the mercy of Kaiser's beaurocracy and crap.
