Movie: The New Rijksmuseum

Rijksmuseum is one of the renowned museums in the world. Their impressive collection includes "The Night Watch" by Rembrandt, "The Kitchen Maid" by Vermeer, and works by other Dutch masters like Frans Hals. I did not know this till I saw the trailer of this movie, but the museum has been going through a large-scale renovation. The reconstruction work started in 2004, and the museum was scheduled to re-open in 2008. However, the place is still under construction, and the work has been stopped as of this Summer. The documentary film "The New Rijksmuseum" captures all sorts of dramas which have prolonged the re-opening of the museum. From the trailer, the movie seems to be very entertaining, and it must give us opportunity to look at a museum from a very different perspective. Hope some of you are interested in checking out this film with me.
