Come along on Saturday 23rd March for a tour round the Theatre Royal Haymarket!
About the theatre
The Theatre Royal Haymarket, known originally as ‘The Little Theatre in the Hay’, is a Grade I listed building situated in the heart of the West End. Designed and constructed by John Potter in 1720 it is one of Britain’s most treasured theatres. The theatre seats 893 patrons and is the third oldest London Playhouse still in use.
Both Henry Fielding (Tom Thumb, The Historical Register) and Henry Carey staged their plays here.
The Theatre Royal Haymarket Company was set up in 2007 and has since produced some of the theatre’s most successful productions including Waiting for Godot and Flare Path.
We will be having a private 1h 30min tour. Cost is £10 per person.
We are limited to the numbers we can bring and can only do one tour per day, but we are repeating the event on Sat 9th and Sat 23rd March.
If you can't see us outside the station, please call.
Hope to see you there!

An excellent tour, guides were on the ball, maybe a few jokes would have helped. If ticket prices were a bit cheaper might even see a show.

If anyone is undecided, I did this tour a couple of weeks ago & I highly recommend it to anyone with even the slightest interest in theatre or film... the number of well known & highly regarded actors who've worked here is mind boggling & you might even get to stand in a dressing room where one of your idols once changed! The stories are fascinating & I am sure our guide could have entertained us for twice as long as we had time for! A very worthwhile visit!
