Come along on Saturday 29th January at 2pm for a guided walk of 'the Beatles London'! The walk is a private walk just for the group and lasts just under 2 hours, if you wish to visit the zebra crossing at Abbey Road at the end, it will add on another 30mins to the walk. The cost is £7 per person. Due to popularity I have managed to get a 2nd guide, so we will be split into 2 groups. A bit about the walk This "magical mystery tour" of Beatles sites in London. Not only will you see some of the famous landmarks which helped map out the group's career in the capital but you'll explore sections of some fascinating London districts from Mayfair to Marylebone. Discover where John met Yoko, George met Patti and Paul met Linda, see the exterior of Ringo's London flat and hear about his troublesome tenants, see an unusual venue where John was doorman for the day and view the theatre where the Beatles gained legendary status. We will finish the walk with a short tube ride to St John's Wood to view the legendary crossing outside Abbey Road studios and Paul McCartney's London town house (exterior only!). Afterwards we will head to a local pub in St John's Wood for a chat over a drink. If you can't see us at the station, please call. Hope to see you there. Regards Robert 07905 901 834

The tour was good and it was nice to see some places where Beatles visited and lived.
It would have been good to get more insights into the Beatles music, inspiration behind thekr and excerpts from their personal lives.

I wish there was a Beatles store to buy memorabalia and a Beatles pub.

Our guide Abigail knew all the stories about the beatles. The company was nice, especially because I was walking and talking with two great London girls, one from Trinidad and the other fom Korea. Unfortunately i lost the group but found them back in st john's wood but most had left. Please drop me a greeting please my two friends whom i disappeared from. i apologize :)

A really interesting afternoon. Rachel, our guide, was excellent, and told us many details about The Beatles in London at various locations on the walk.

Apparently the zebra crossing has been given Grade II listed status by the Government!

The Volkswagen Beetle car with the number plate LMW 281F parked next to the zebra crossing belonged to one of the people living in the block of flats across from the recording studio. After the album came out, the number plate was stolen from the car. In 1986, the car was sold at auction for £2,530 and is currently on display at the Autostadt museum in Wolfsburg, Germany.
