Come along on Saturday 14th April for a treasure hunt around Historic Mayfair!
The treasure hunts are a good way to get to know the history of an area whilst meeting and getting to know new people.
How it works
We will be meeting up at 1:30pm, when you will be randomly divided into teams of 5 people.
We will then give each team 15-20 written clues which you have to find the answers for. The answers can be found on blue or green plaques and statues.
It's up to your team to work together to find the answers. You can answer them in any order and we will provide a map of the area to help you. It's not a race, so you can take your time getting to know the area.

The team to get the most correct answers and then return to base (a local pub) will win a £10 gift voucher each!
If more than one team gets the top score, there will be a tie break question back at the pub.
A £5 gift voucher will be given to each member of the team coming in second place and a prize will be given to each member of the team with the best team name.
We will be charging £4 per person to take part, apart from '2012 Full Member's where it is free!
We will be marking the scores and presenting the prizes back at the pub at 4:30pm.
If you can't see us in the park, please call.
Look out for the group sign -

Look forward to seeing you there.
Regards
Robert

an extremely enjoyable afternoon, a very well organised event, met some really great people and we were able to take our time in exploring lovely Mayfair, it's amazing what you can learn in a single afternoon including plenty that wasn't even part of the actual hunt :)

An excellent way to explore and area paying more attention to the interesting details, while getting to know fellow members of the small group.
