If you are ready to explore the more culturally stimulating side of New York City, then this meetup group is for you. It is for lesbians, young lesbian professionals, their friends and family and gay-friendly folks in general. Bars are not the only way to meet new people!
It's called Museums and Urban Dirt, because the events include museum visits and art exhibitions, but also outdoor activities like urban nature walks, parks, coffee shops, and lounges. There will be events when you will get actual mud on your shoes, but for the most part the goal is to explore some dirt about the city. I am trying to make sure that people will always be in an environment where they can interact and get to know one another.
So, if you are ready to DO something fun, the activities in this area are endless and a great way to make new friends...and more!
