What The Musicians Workshop IS:

  • It's a low-stress environment for performing musicians of all ages and skill levels.
  • It's for anyone who wants to perform their original or cover songs and receive encouraging feedback.
  • It's for performing musicians who like to give encouraging feedback.
  • It's for musicians who want to network and collaborate.
  • It's for professional musicians who want to reach a new audience. (See How to Become a Featured Artist for more information.)

What The Musicians Workshop IS NOT:

  • It's NOT a jam. (See the FAQ for more information.)
  • It's NOT for showoffs and big egos.
  • It's NOT for the overly judgmental. (We are encouraging and supportive!)
  • It's NOT for people unwilling to share their talents and knowledge.
  • It's NOT a dating pool. (If people hit it off naturally, that's cool, but let's keep it civil people.)
  • It's NOT for NO-SHOWS (see policy below).

NO SHOW POLICY: The Musicians Workshop is open to everyone, but please note that there is ONLY one type of person who is NOT welcome and may be removed: the person who repeatedly signs up for events but fails to show up. Please do not RSVP for an event unless you are committed to attending and participating, and please give prior notice the moment your plans change. It's common sense and common courtesy. On behalf of the entire group, thank you.

Photos and/or video may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes.
