Cincinnati Enquirer Letters to Editor on Marijuana Legalization

In today's [masked]) Cincinnati Enquirer there are three Letters to Editor about Marijuana Legalization.  They are a reaction to the December 20th OP-ED by Howard Rahtz.  Rahtz is a retired Cincinnati Police captain and a member of LEAP, Law Enforcement Against Prohibition. Mr. Rahtz has worked in both drug treatment and law enforcement and is the author of “Drugs, Crime and Violence: From Trafficking to Treatment.”
