Christmas Party!!!!

Ho Ho Ho.  I want to thank everybody for another amazing year at the School.  It is hard to believe that this is only our second Christmas at the Studio.  Last year we could not fit anymore people in, so this year we are having it at a community centre so we can fit more in and just have a blast.

Thank you so much to Vi and her little elves for planning this.

We are going to have everybody bring something to share for the group to keep the costs down and us running around like a chicken with their head cut off.  It is a great time to share your favourite christmas recipe.  IT is a good idea when bringing a food item to label your casserole dish or bowl so you can take it home and a small card with ingredients or labelled gluten free, vegan, vegetarian or good old... meataholic.  There are no judgements here so eat what you want.

There will be dancing with a dj, karaoke, shuffle board a nice fireplace and even 2 bartenders on if you want to partake in merryment.  Drinks are only 3.00 a piece so please enjoy responsibly.

You are more than welcome to bring a guest and we are not doing any sort of gift exchange and instead there will be a donation box at the front and all monies will go to a local charity that Vi and her elves will announce soon.

Please feel free to rsvp with a guest or two as there is alot of room.

Merry Christmas!!!

Very nice group of people. Great food, very accommodating DJ ladies. I loved to hear the singing and I even got one in before I left. Vi did a wonderful job of putting this all together, considering all she has going on in her busy life. It was a pleasure to work with her. I know she can't receive messages right now but thought I'd thank her anyway. And again, nice to see everyone. Will most likely not see everyone before Christmas, so will wish you all a Merry Christmas or whatever you celebrate now. Also, was pleased with being able to donate a session of Angel/Chrystal healing so thanks Angel for opening this up for those of us who were interested.

If you are attending the Christmas Party can you Please RSVP and post the dishes you plan to bring. This will let others know what is already being brought. Then I will know what still needs to be purchased so we can have a variety for everyone to choose from. Thank you for taking a moment to RSVP and what you plan to bring.

I have looked over the list of dishes that some of you have posted on here and summed it up as of today. Anne- Jambalaya, Crystal-stuffing & salad, Debra Howe-squares, Alanna-salads & oranges, Jacques-salsa & chips, Elaine-baked brie & brownies, Lorenia-cake & sandwiches. I (Vi)am thinking of bringing veggies & dip. Hope this makes it easier for the rest of you who have not yet decide what to bring. I hope this help the ones who have RSVP-Yes but were confused what to bring. I will try keeping the list updated as to what dishes the people are bringing. Thanks

I should mention the hall max. is 100 people. Jacques the hall has refreshments. As Angel mentioned put what you are bringing on here then others can see and not duplicate since you are one of the first here you can pretty much choose whatever dish you want to bring to eat . Main dishes , desserts , squares. Not sure if you cook but Costco has trays of some things at a reasonable cost . Thanks for helping. Vi
