Let's jump start our fitness/healthy eating/exercise goals with an early morning walk to the small park in my neighborhood, where they have a free outdoor gym with various machines, you can do some circuit training, or just walk briskly through the park, (there's also a handball court and basketball court if anyone wants to bring some balls), then come back to my house for a "light" breakfast - coffee, tea, light scrambled eggs and turkey bacon, fruit, and Morning Glory Muffins (low cal, low fat, and really tasty, a revised recipe from Eating Light magazine that I've been making for years).
I'm trying to get disciplined on my eating and exercise and I imagine some of you are as well, so join me early Sunday morning to get moving and get inspired.
Please arrive by 8:00 so we can head to the park by 8:15, do our workout, then return for breakfast.
Please note: There are several cats in the house, so keep that in mind if you are allergic. It will likely be warm and we can eat outside, though.
