The walk/workout/breakfast was a very nice morning on the 24th, I'm planning to do it regularly, please join us!
Let's work on our fitness/healthy eating/exercise goals with an early morning walk to the small park in my neighborhood, where they have a free outdoor gym with various machines, you can do some circuit training, or even climb on the kids' jungle gym, or just walk briskly through the park, (there's also a handball court and basketball court if anyone wants to bring some balls), then come back to my house for a "light" breakfast - I'll do coffee, tea, light scrambled eggs and turkey bacon again, and others can bring some fruit and muffins or bagels or something, we'll keep it light and casual.
Please arrive by 8:00 so we can head out to the park right away, do our workout, then return for breakfast.
Please note: There are several cats in the house, so keep that in mind if you are allergic. It will likely be warm and we can eat outside, though.
