Feedback and Help Organizing: Wanted !

Hello Group Members:
I'd like to get feedback and suggestions from all of you.
On topics, and a good place to meet, that would be convenient for people
It doesn't have to be absolutely free, and I'm good with either a sit-down room, or something more techie - where we can have a couple machines running and try some demos, like a lab situation.
Replies should go to me (directly) and not the whole group.
So let me know what your ideas, suggestions are, as well as a vision for the group in general.
