The Conde Group is currently seeking a Strong MySQL DBA for a permanent Opportunity in the Chicago area. This position is with a Large Ecommerce Organization supporting systems already up and running while focusing on implementing and maintaining Best practices. You will be in a Lead position and need to know how to effectively lead a team while maintaining a strong team environment.

Salary Range: $75 to $90K + Bonus
Benefits: 20 Paid Days off, 8 company Holidays and 2 Floating Holidays
-Minimum 5 years experience in MySQL Database Administration, Architecture and Design
-Experience with relational database physical design, performance tuning and capacity planning on MySQL based environments
-Strong Technical Experience while focusing on maintaining Best practices
-Ability to effectively lead a group while maintaining a team-oriented approach
-Experience leading offshore developers
-Experience working with remote development teams throughout the US
-Self-Motivated go-getter with a passion for their work
-Excellent communication both verbal and written
