We are working with a well-funded, PROFITABLE start-up in the Boston, MA area that is looking to add a Java Developer to its team.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be working in Java/Apache Tomcat/Hibernate, XML/JSON. Developers at this company are working with data from numerous sources such as MySQL, APIs, Google Analytics, Urchin. You will be developing new RESTful APIs built on the company’s existing Java Tomcat technology stack and will be working on a team of experienced Java developers on a large scale system.

• BSCS desired but applicable work experience trumps a degree
• Proven experience developing in Java, Apache Tomcat, Hibernate, Spring , Ant
• Experience developing RESTful APIs using XML/JSON nice to have
• Experience using and developing for MySQL databases
• Experience working with large scale production environments.
• Experience working in AWS a big plus.
• Experience developing in Eclipse
