I strongly hope there is some formal presentation and the speakers stick to some content rather than a hands on talk with no presentation and speakers slide in to no where talks - like talk about a query that he (dis)likes for two hours.

weak. Very little useful information in the presentation, and the presenter seem to almost take pride in not being able to answer specific technical questions with meaningful answers that weren't overly generalized or vague, or with some sort of comedic response.
