Join Mystic Kitchen to learn how to spice up your Indian dishes just right! We will start by grinding garam masala and a curry powder, prepared in just a few minutes but making a lasting dining impression. Then we’ll use the garam masala to create a delicately flavored Chicken Biryani recipe - inspired by the Persian moghuls - which will conquer your palate. The Garam Masala will serve two masters, also emboldening a mixed vegetable dish in an almond cardamom sauce. The Curry Powder will spice a savory lentil soup and a curried eggplant dish.
