Ted kicked off the evening by assembling the papri chaat (indian nachos) and the spice trophy goes to Brett for his handsome helping of green chillis. Peter and Vaishi teamed up to make a sumptious harvest lentil soup, deiligently straining the lentils the old fashioned way. Liz made the meat curry which we mixed with the lentils for the non-vegetarians in the group. Brett and Weber cooked up a delicous Matter Paneer, but credit must go to Annette for the perfectly shaped home-made cheese balls (paneer). Annette and Stair did a fine job of the smoked Baigan Bharta (eggplant). Mark and Robert made Chicken Korma for the first time and their beginner's luck was rewarded with a divine dish. Had a great time with the group and the dinner was awesome!
