Office Politics: What it is and how to survive it
Love it or hate it, the reality is that we all must deal with it in our daily jobs. Those who know how to manage office politics succeed, those who choose to avoid office politics have a more difficult time moving up, and those who are inept at office politics become victims. In order to understand the nature of office politics and to learn how to use it to your advantage, this seminar will help to educate the attendee on office politics and how to use it to one's advantage, rather than letting office politics get the better of you! This seminar is targeted for all professional Asians/Asian-Americans, especially those in technical fields working in Corporate America.
