About The Washington, DC Awesome Kickball and Social Meetup Group
No, Adult Kickball Isn't Dumb.
To some, it's a sport. To others, it's an excuse to drink on Sunday, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thurdays or after work. To all of us who play, it's a chance to have fun, meet new people, make new friends, maybe even develop new relationships.
Anyone interested in kickball and socializing is welcome to join this meetup. But to play during the organized seasons, you must register at the website below and be on a team. We host pickup games in between seasons that are free and open to everyone. Anyone is welcome to join in the happy hours and other events too -- it's a great way to meet some of the players before signing up.
The NAKID Fall 2009 season registration is open on playnakid.com - it's going to be an awesome season, with events like the Beerlympics, Boomerang Bus trips, World Series of Pop Culture, DC United games and tailgates, Beer-in-hand kickball games, free movie screenings, and more.
