POLE WALKING IS A LOW-IMPACT OUTDOOR EXERCISE THAT CAN BURN 46% MORE CALORIES OVER JUST WALKING AND CAN BE PERFORMED BY ANYONE ON SOFT OR HARD SURFACES.

We offer INTRODUCTION CLASSES, NORDIC POLES for sale & rent, and INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATIONS.

INTRODUCTION TO THE POLE WALKING TECHNIQUE & THE RENTAL OF POLES is $10. Pole rental for continuing classes is $5 per class or you can purchase adjustable nordic walking poles from us ($84.70 incl. tax), or bring your own.

Wear walking-sneakers and light outfits for our walking & stretching exercises. We do incorporate stretching exercises before, midterm and after our walks. Saturdays, we have coffee & wonderful fresh berry scones after our walk at http://www.tonysoffthird.com.
