Hi Rocky - thanks for joining the Annapolis Yoga Group and RVSPing for the first Meetup. I went to the free Yoga class at Golden Heart last week and really enjoyed it. Since the class is being taught by a brand new instructor it should be a fun class, geared towards all levels, but probably more leaning towards beginner.
The classes at Golden Heart start pretty slow, so this should be a good class if you are curious about trying Yoga.
