This is the menu for this Saturday that Tasha from Fiddlecakes sent. I'm very excited!
We have Vegan Cheddar, Vegan Mozzarella, and Soysage, which can be added to any sandwich. In addition, are looking into a Vegan pesto. We will offer a Vegan Soup and most likely will have a Quinoa side salad option.
Bare & Bold: hummus, avocado, roasted red pepper, sprouts, cucumber, cheddar, and tomato
Tofu Curry: tofu, carrots, parsley, red onions, veganaise, curry, and celery
Bunny Food: lettuce, tomato,cucumber, roasted red pepper, sprouts, white cheddar, veganaise
Little Italy:mozzarella, tomato, basil, pesto
Any other sandwich can be altered to be Vegan. All sandwiches can be gluten-free/vegan if requested.

Cupcakes (2-3 Varieties)
Blueberry Streusal Muffin
Chewy Oatmeal Nut Bar
Peanut Butter Scone
Chocolate Chip Cookie
We will be sure to have a Gluten-free/Vegan Option as well.
