Join us on Saturday as we mellow out with slow movements and relaxing music on the deck at Beaman Park. We will be learning and practicing Tai Chi Qigong, a series of slow, intentional, gentle, flowing movements that date back 3,000 years ago. The goal is to relax, releasing tension and allowing our internal energy to flow and connect with the wonderful energy of the natural environment. The deck at Beaman is truly wonderful, sitting up in the trees. It is like practicing Tai Chi in a tree house! Please join us!
