Mossy Ridge Pre-Hike Workout with Certified Personal Trainer Brent Brinkmeier

Would you like to add a little kick to your morning hike? Join Certified Personal Trainer Brent Brinkmeier for a free workout before the Mossy Ridge hike. No special equipment needed; hiking boots and clothes are just fine!

We'll do series of calisthenic-like exercises to build upper, lower, and core strength. Exercises will be time based so you can do as many or as few as you like. This will be moderate impact and Brent will adjust to harder or easier exercises depending on the group.

Directions to Deep Well entrance of Percy Warner Park: 
From the point where Highway 100 begins at Highway 70 near the Belle Meade Post Office, head west on[masked] miles to the large stone gates on the left that mark the entrance of Percy Warner Park. Turn left from Highway 100 and pass through the gates, staying right when the road splits. Reach the Deep Well trailhead parking at 0.6 miles. The Warner Woods and Mossy Ridge Trails start behind the trailside kiosk. If coming from Old Hickory Blvd or further west, the Entrance will be on your right ~¾ miles past the Old Hickory Blvd Red Light between Edwin and Percy Warner Parks.
