Beaman Park - 6.6 Mile Moderate Hike in Beautiful Joelton

Join us at Beaman Park for a hike along the quiet and uncrowded trails of this wooded 1500 acre park.

We will start promptly at 9:00 a.m., meeting in front of the Nature Center and trailhead located on Old Hickory Blvd between Clarksville Hwy and Ashland City Hwy.

We will go downhill on the Sedge Hill Trail, across the creek to the Henry Hollow Loop headed north along the Creekside Trail. Continue uphill to the Ridgetop Trail which is 2.1 miles there and 2.1 miles back returning to the short side of Henry Hollow Loop, across the creek again and uphill to the Nature Center for a total of 6.6 miles.

These trails are rated moderate and the hike should be easily completed in less than 3 hours. Looking to make a brisk pace on this hike.

Leashed dogs welcomed.
