Hey Catie! I am in a similar situation as you described above. It has been very hard to meet people I can relate to so that is why I just joined the group. I am hoping to meet new people and make friends I can be comfortable with.

Welcome to the group! Don't know if you feel sort of caught between two worlds and cultures? I remember finding it difficult to start making friends in the gay community when I first came out. Glad you joined the group.
