I've cancelled my Tues. classes at Unitarian. Please come to my Thursday classes at East Meets West Holistic Education Center, 5814 Nolensville Pk. and Old Hickory Blvd. Across from Good Year and in center w Papa Johns Pizza.

I am so happy you will be coming to my Yoga class. I love teaching beginners so they will have a good experience and continue their practice. I teach in the traditional way which is the union of body, mind and spirit while practicing self-love and acceptance in a safe, welcoming space. Class begins at 9:30 and ends at 10:45a.m. I am looking forward to
meeting you.

Hi Lynn! Work has had me tied and gagged for weeks! I actually took a morning off to get a ton of stuff done and SWOACA is first in line! Yes! this is a wonderful idea!...I think I can open this up so that anyone of us can set up a meeting...let me look at how I can do that so you can set it all up...will get back to you...k?
