New to Nashville and serious hiking, but my dog and I would love to start exploring the area's lovely outdoors.

As I am apparently a slower hiker, I didn't really appreciate behind hurried along and told to turn back around immediately after reaching the end so others could make their lunch plans. Seemed a bit rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing them.
