I've started a business offering web strategy (which often entails reworking a site), and am always interested in connecting with talented developers locally.

Advantages/disadvantages of PHP; in which contexts it is most appropriate; etc.

What are your experiences with PHP?

My experiences with PHP have not extended beyond modifying the occasional Wordpress theme file and cursing loudly while doing so.
